Blessed Community School recognizes the importance
of vocational training as a means of ending the cycle of
generational poverty. Our vocational program offers
mainly practical training that are set to give
post-Junior High School (JHS) students a preparation for a
specific type of job. We recognize that not all JHS
graduates have the aptitude and/or financial
resources needed to pursue further academic work.
In other words, our vocational program provides the
skills needed for a career in a particular trade or craft.
We focus our teaching and preparation almost
entirely on that target career choice of the student.
